Do you think we could mount a challenge of the legality of the appointment?

Yu know Kim, I have had the same thoughts . The reason I posted it here was to try to generate ideas. Although I am reading as much of the act as fast as I can, I think it would take a lawyer more knowledgable than I to see if it is doable.

Hmm. I am no lawyer, but my MLA might know. I shall make some inquiries. Thanks.

Hi Kim
You sent another post earlier today but it happened to get here the same time as a spam. Yours got deleted along with it. I've been trying to recall it but can't.
I know that what they have done by having the Assistant CEO removed could be the subject of an investigation considering that she was the most obvious and mostqualified choice for the CO position. As a temp he (James) should not have the responsibility of "rearranging" Elections BC.
And I certainly would like know why he went from a meeting with Cabinet (not sure if it was all the cabinet) right out the door and within minutes have her removed. And what was Palmer doing at the meeting? And why isn't the MSM asking these questions?

Kim, Good luck hearing from your MLA.......unless they ask you for money!

Well, my MLA got back to me today, he had to wait for a reply from the Acting CEO. I will publish, but am waiting for permission to share from the MLA. More to come.

Be prepared for a further wait Kim. We sent in questions and it took four weeks to get a non definitive answer.
